INSTALLATION

SERIES : EPL (LINEAR TYPE)

As shown the installation diagram, this control valve should be easily mounted using bolts without bracket. Firmly fixed through mounting holes on the side of the positioner type EPL
In case of using bracket, this units are available for following methods;

- L - type bracket
- Single spring actuator

When the signal current apply for 50 %(ie, 12mA), the position of feed back lever should be located in right angle (90deg.) to the stem of valve. The left figure is the configuration viewed from front side.

The stroke range for performance is 10 to 80 mm and operating angle of feedback lever should be at least 10degree and at most 30degree to achieve specified accuracy and linearity
