| BETTER-THAN-OC3 CONNECTIVITY We used to advertise an OC3; now we've gone one better. ChinaWebHelp's Network Operations Center in Baltimore, Maryland is "OnNet" with Frontier Global Center (FGC), which means that we have a direct fiber optic connection between our Cisco 7200 router and theirs. Being OnNet with a Tier-1 provider means that we don't link to a backbone, we are actually on a backbone. ADDITIONAL CONNECTIVITY WITH QWEST We have recently added additional connectivity with Qwest for an OnNet high speed connection to their backbone; very similar to the one we have with Frontier Global Center. Qwest comes into Baltimore with an OC-12, and plans to upgrade their connection to an OC-48 in the near future. The addition of Qwest will dramatically help with connectivity, redundancy and enhance routes to Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Our Cisco 7200 router will manage the FGC and Qwest connections using Border Gate Protocol. With these two carriers, the router will have up to 150,000 possible routes to send each packet of traffic.
